Mid-summer is stone fruit’s time to shine. In this two-hour hands-on class, Valerie Gordon will lead you through an extensive tasting to learn more about these beloved beauties. She’ll also walk you through crust crimping methods and the best ways to make pie with different stone fruits, from peaches to plums to cherries. Participants will make their own double-crust pie with seasonal stone fruit.
The class will wrap up with snacks, refreshments, and a Q&A session with Valerie. Participants will go home with their own pies.
