Learn cake-making from a master: In this two-hour hands-on class, Valerie Gordon will show you how to make two seasonal spring cakes — one topped with rich buttercream, the other a decadent glaze. You’ll learn how to work with batter, basic finishing methods, and tips and tricks for making sure all of your cakes are both beautiful and delicious.
The class will wrap up with snacks, refreshments, and a Q&A session with Valerie. Participants will go home with two six-inch cakes of their own creation.
