We are delighted to introduce our collaboration of spirit filled truffles with Mulholland Distilling in time for the Holiday Season.
American Whiskey is incorporated into a bittersweet chocolate ganache, layered with salted caramel, in a bittersweet chocolate shell. The pairing highlights the caramel of the corn mash from which it's (largely) distilled, with notes of vanilla and maple lingering through the chocolate.
Their New World Gin, a San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Medal Winner, is blended with a white chocolate passion fruit ganache, in a bittersweet chocolate shell. The lighter chocolate keeps the focus on the gin's more delicate notes of cucumber and juniper, and pairs with the bright, tart flavor of passion fruit.
