Ever since she started selling jam in 2008, Valerie Gordon’s beloved Strawberry Vanilla Bean and Blushing Berry jams have become Los Angeles essentials. In this hands-on two-hour class, Valerie will show you how to make jam, from market to jar. She’ll walk you through everything from sourcing and combining seasonal produce to cooking jam to safe canning practices.

The class will wrap up with snacks, refreshments, and a Q&A session with Valerie. Participants will go home with four jars of seasonal jam.
