VALERIE CONFECTIONS is a local, family-owned sweet shop, located in Glendale. We also operate VALERIE ECHO PARK, a Bakery & Tea House in Echo Park, where we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. Our products are also available at select retail partners, both locally and nationally.

BAKER / CHOCOLATIER - Glendale

The BAKER / CHOCOLATIER position must have two years of professional baking/pastry experience and some chocolate experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cake baking and finishing and seasonal pie building. Interest and knowledge in season produce a plus, attention to detail is essential.

Full Time, Competitive Pay.
