You can find our complete collection of chocolates at our Boutique in Glendale, CA. A wide selection of our offerings is also available at our Echo Park Cafe in Los Angeles.

Otherwise, our chocolates are available at retail stores across the country, which you can check out here.

Orders

We pack all orders with insulation and ice packs. We closely monitor temperatures in each state during the summer months to ensure the correct amount of cooling supplies is used for the current temperature.

We also prevent orders from shipping over the weekend in the summer to ensure your order is not sitting at a shipping facility for an unnecessary amount of time.

We work very hard to ensure that your product is delivered in the same condition in which it left our kitchen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, so that we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and cannot sell an item once it has left our facility.

Generally, when products are damaged in transit, it is the result of unexpected delays from our carrier. In these instances, when their service guarantees aren't met, we will reship fresh product via the same shipping method originally selected.

We suggest storing our chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. They are best enjoyed by the date on the box. They should not be refrigerated.

Please refrigerate our petits fours and remove them from refrigeration 30-60 minutes before they are served. If stored correctly, our petits fours keep well for one week.

All products are best enjoyed as soon as possible. Every product has a best by date on the bottom or back of the packaging.

Generally, once produced, our chocolate bars are best for 6 months, toffees are best 3 months, everyday indulgences are best 3 months, truffles are best 3 weeks, and petits fours are best 1-2 weeks.

No, your receipt will be sent to you electronically via email. We include a packing slip in every package, but it does not include any prices.

Yes, you can add a free gift message onto your packing slip by writing a message on the bottom of your cart. If you would like your messaged printed onto an ivory note card, please add it in your cart before checkout.

Shipping

Generally, orders take 24-48 hours to fulfill and will be in transit for 2 business days. If you do not request a future delivery date, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days from placing your order. You will receive tracking information for your order once FedEx receives your package.

If you requested a future delivery date, we will do everything in our power to ensure on time delivery. However, sometimes FedEx has unexpected delays that are out of our control.

We currently offer free* shipping on orders over $100.

*Free shipping cannot be combined with any other promos. Free shipping is only covered up to $30 and may be unavailable in hotter locations where only Overnight Shipping is available.

We ship via FedEx, using Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. We ship via Ground delivery for local orders.

During the warmer months, when temperatures exceed 90 degrees, we limit
shipping to Standard Overnight only to ensure safe transit for your order.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping does not apply to Overnight Shipping and cannot be combined with any other discount.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $49.95 via FedEx Standard Overnight.

Orders received before noon will be shipped out same day. Orders received after noon will be shipped out the following business day.

Standard Overnight orders do not ship out on Friday. If you need an expedited shipment to be delivered on Saturday, please contact us.

We currently ship to Canada.

Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses in the same order. In your cart, click on "Ship to Multiple Addresses". After you add each address, you can then assign which products you would like to ship to each address.

No, unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

Allergens

We currently offer two chocolate bars that are vegan and gluten-free: our single origin 72% bittersweet chocolate bar and our Bat Bar.

Most of our chocolate bars and boxes are gluten-free and soy-free. If you have an allergy and need clarification, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

All of our products are made in a facility with products containing nuts and milk.

Wholesale & Corporate Orders

Yes! We can incorporate your logo or design on custom boxes, specialized ribbon, or onto the chocolates themselves.

Yes, but Volume Discounts are not available online.

We offer volume discounts at the following rates:
$500 - $1500, 5%
$1,501 - $3,000, 10%
Over $3,000, 15%
