Malted Shortbread

I usually just LOVE the items I buy from Valeries Confections, but these did not have much flavor at all. For the price, I was very disappointed.

Buttery and delicious!

The malt flavor is subtle but adds a special something that makes you wonder why this shortbread seems to stand out. Fabulous with tea. Holds together slightly better than some more traditional shortbread.
