Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and cannot sell an item once it has left our facility.

We work very hard to ensure that your product is delivered in the same condition in which it left our kitchen. If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn't meet our high standards, please contact us, so that we can make it right.

Generally, when products are damaged in transit, it is the result of unexpected delays from our carrier. In these instances, when their service guarantees aren't met, we will reship fresh product via the same shipping method originally selected.
