Lemon: lemon cake, lemon curd ganache, white chocolate, candied lemon.
Ginger: ginger cake, white chocolate ginger ganache, bittersweet chocolate, candied ginger.
Rose Petal: vanilla bean cake, rose petal passionfruit ganache, white chocolate, hand-candied rose petal.
Orange: orange cake, house-made marzipan, white chocolate, candied orange.

STORAGE & Shelf life
Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of delivery. Store in the refrigerator. Remove 20–30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Made in small batches in Los Angeles and shipped within 2–4 business days. During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs as needed to protect your confections. We may hold shipments briefly to avoid weekend delays or extreme heat.
