Blenheim apricot jam

Consistency and flavour set it apart from other jams. A truly home made jam which is perfect on toast or mixed with plain yoghurt. It will disappear in days!

Wonderful Blenheims…

Delicious apricot jame from the hard to find Blenheim fruit. Perfect way to start the morning on toast, croissant or muffin. Only suggestion: my jars are a little too thin and watery, it lost some of the intense flavor.
