SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Details:

Warm Weather Precautions:
During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs as needed to protect your confections. We may temporarily hold shipments to avoid weekend delays or extreme heat.

Standard Shipping:
We offer flat-rate and express options at checkout. Overnight Shipping requires 24 hours to process.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.
