Rich, velvety, and complex — sun-ripened California plums cooked down to a soft set that spreads easily and lingers on the palate. Less sweet than most, with the subtle depth that only comes from fruit picked at its peak. As good alongside a soft cheese as it is spread on a warm piece of toast.
