Storage:
Our confections are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally between 65–70°F.

Shelf Life:
Each piece is made with care and without preservatives. For peak flavor and texture, enjoy your treats within 4 to 8 weeks of delivery.

Refrigeration:
Chocolates should not be refrigerated. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Details:
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days from our Los Angeles kitchen. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition—whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift.

Warm Weather Precautions:
During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs as needed to protect your confections. We may temporarily hold shipments to avoid weekend delays or extreme heat.

Standard Shipping:
We offer flat-rate and express options at checkout. Overnight Shipping requires 24 hours to process.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out—we’re here to make it right.
