The Caramel Box gathers Valerie Confections' two signature chewy caramels into a single collection — six of each. The Almond Fleur de Sel arrives bright and nutty, its buttery chew giving way to the clean contrast of sea salt. The Rice & Sesame moves in the opposite direction — earthy, toasted, savory, with a depth that lingers well past the last bite. Together they cover the full range of what caramel can be when it's made without compromise.
Presented in an ivory box tied with a gold ribbon.

Almond Fleur de Sel — enrobed in bittersweet chocolate, studded with roasted almonds, finished with fleur de sel
Rice & Sesame — enrobed in darkened milk chocolate, infused with toasted black sesame and rice, finished with soy salt and black sesame seeds

Storage & Shelf Life
Best enjoyed within 5–6 months of delivery. Store in a cool, dry place at 65–70°F, away from direct light and heat. Do not refrigerate.
Shipping
Made in small batches in Los Angeles and shipped within 2–4 business days. During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs as needed to protect your confections. We may hold shipments briefly to avoid weekend delays or extreme heat.
