The Grand Assortment is the fullest expression of what Valerie Confections does with a single box — 31 handcrafted pieces across toffee, truffles, and liquid caramel bon bons, each enrobed in bittersweet chocolate. The toffee range runs deeper here, from the bright clarity of mint and orange to the earthy complexity of black sesame and pumpkin seed. The truffles offer smooth, yielding ganache with quiet intensity. The liquid caramel bon bons close each tasting arc with a slow, molten center.
Built on the same foundation as the Wirecutter-recognized Baby Grand.

Storage & Shelf Life
Best enjoyed within 4–8 weeks of delivery. Store in a cool, dry place at 65–70°F, away from direct light and heat. Do not refrigerate.
Shipping
Made in small batches in Los Angeles and shipped within 2–4 business days. During warmer months, we include insulation and ice packs as needed to protect your confections. We may hold shipments briefly to avoid weekend delays or extreme heat.
