Excellent bonbons. We always enjoy chocolates from Valerie. The Holiday Truffle Assortment had 5 pieces of 4 bonbon flavors. I would have preferred 2 pieces of 10 flavors for diversity sake. But there is no doubting the exceptional quality of the chocolate and the fillings.
We have ordered multiple times in the past over 20 years and like them but for whatever reason these were just spectacular. Maybe because it had been a couple years since we ordered but these were better than we remembered. Always have had great presentation but the taste was better than we remembered. Great job.
The Petits Fours were very fresh. My two favorites are the rose and lemon ones.

Your original toffees are the best to my taste. i love the flavors and textures--so crisp and tasty, never hard or overly sticky. They are pricey but worth it for the outstanding quality.
